Who we are

Ewing Cakes is a full fledged bakery located in Ewing, New Jersey, inspected & certified to operate as a bakery. We specialize in cakes, but we also bake pies, cookies and pastries. All of our cakes, frostings, pies and even pie crusts are made from scratch using the freshest & finest ingredients available which includes fresh grade A eggs, butter, pure vanilla, pure cane sugar and some of the finest low protein flour on the market.
